HP AI Print
Your Print, Perfected with AI
Have you ever printed a recipe or article, only to waste paper and ink on ads and irrelevant content? HP AI Print—also known as Perfect Output—solves this by using artificial intelligence to analyze webpages and guide users through a simplified interface to print only what matters most.
As UX Research Manager, I led my team through multiple rounds of iterative concept and usability testing. Each round sharpened the experience, validating that the tool addresses a long-standing user frustration in a clear, intuitive, and delightful way. Our research helped shape a product that surprised users with how seamlessly AI could enhance the printing experience.
The collaboration between research and design has attracted public attention since the feature’s debut at HP Imagine in 2024, and AI Print is now a nominee for the prestigious UX Design Award.
The video below was created by our team to share some of the powerful reactions collected during our research (used with participants’ consent).

HP Workforce Experience Platform
Intelligently Manage Large Digital Ecosystems
HP’s Work Experience Platform (WXP) is an enterprise-grade solution that empowers IT professionals to manage and optimize their entire device ecosystem—including printers, PCs, Macs, virtual machines, phones, and peripherals. With AI-driven insights and a customizable interface, WXP enables teams to address critical issues efficiently—and even prevent them before they arise.
As UX Research Manager, I led a global team of researchers through two years of iterative, mixed-methods research to shape key experiences across the platform. Our work included moderated and unmoderated studies focused on fleet onboarding, device diagnostics, dashboard customization, and proactive issue resolution.
Our close collaboration with design and product teams ensured research was embedded at every stage, driving impactful improvements. WXP is currently in beta with select enterprise customers and has been nominated for a UX Design Award in recognition of its innovation and user-centric approach.

Setup & Onboarding
Simplifying setup with digital innovation
As printer technology advances, so do user expectations for a fast, intuitive setup experience. What was once a lengthy and manual process has transformed into a seamless, app-guided journey that minimizes friction and maximizes satisfaction.
As UX Research Manager, I led my team in evaluating every aspect of the onboarding experience—from unboxing and hardware setup to account creation and promotional touchpoints. Using a mixed-methods approach, including in-depth interviews and remote usability testing with interactive prototypes, we identified pain points and delivered targeted insights to design and engineering teams.
Our work directly contributed to reducing setup time from hours to minutes and eliminated over 90% of paper materials included in the box, supporting both user satisfaction and sustainability goals.
